At Celeste D'or Curve, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help — under the following conditions.
Return Eligibility
In addition to your legal right to cancel, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To qualify, items must be in original condition, with all original packaging and tags attached, and suitable for resale.
Customers may handle the goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. If the item has been used more than necessary, we may make a deduction for any loss in value.
A valid proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order number) is required.
Returned items must be shipped back within 14 days of your return request.
Perfect Fit Guarantee Requirements
Find your perfect fit. Free size exchange, no return needed. We’ll send a new one at no extra cost.*
If the size isn’t quite right, you may be eligible for a free size exchange under our Perfect Fit Guarantee.
To qualify for the Perfect Fit Guarantee:
You must apply within 14 days of receiving your order.
All original tags must remain attached.
The bra must not be worn, except for trying it on for fit.
The item must be free from perfume, deodorant marks, makeup stains, or any signs of wear.
A valid proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order number) is required.
If these conditions are met, we will send you a new size at no extra cost. Return of the original item is not required unless otherwise instructed.
This Perfect Fit Guarantee is offered in addition to your legal rights.
Celeste D'or Curve reserves the right to decline the Perfect Fit Guarantee if the item does not meet the eligibility criteria.
Your Right to Cancel (EU Customers)
If you are shopping from the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
To exercise this right, you must inform us within 14 days of delivery. After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the item.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof that they have been sent back.
If you cancel within this period, we will refund the full price paid for the item and the cost of standard delivery (being the least expensive delivery option offered at checkout).
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return where they are sealed for health protection or hygiene purposes and the seal has been broken after delivery.
This may include intimate items such as panties or swimwear where a hygiene seal has been removed or tampered with.
Who Pays for Return Shipping?
We do not offer free returns.
If the return is due to the consumer’s reasons (for example, changed mind, ordered the wrong item, wrong size), the consumer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If the return is due to our error (for example, incorrect item, damaged or defective product), we will cover the return cost and offer a replacement or refund as required.
Faulty or Defective Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund under EU consumer law.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe your item is faulty.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Where you cancel under your legal right within 14 days, standard delivery costs will be refunded as explained above.
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Contact Us
Reach out via our Return Form with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, a brief explanation, and photos of each side of the item(s). We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Step 2: Package and Ship
Securely package your item(s) and send them back according to the instructions provided.
Step 3: Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email confirmation. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights under EU consumer protection laws.
